Non-Funded Session Fees
Fees for children not accessing government funded hours. All prices include meals, consumables, and enhanced provision.

Funded Session Fees
For children accessing government funded hours (15 or 30 hours). These fees cover meals, consumables, and enhanced provision only — your child's early education remains free of charge.

Government Funded Hours
We participate in the Government's Early Education Funding Scheme:
15 Hours Free Entitlement
All 3 and 4-year-olds are entitled to 15 hours free childcare per week for 38 weeks per year (term time).
30 Hours for Working Families
Eligible working families may receive an additional 15 hours (30 hours total), subject to Government criteria.
Important Funding Information
- •Funded hours cover early education and care only during term time (38 weeks).
- •Any childcare required beyond funded hours, outside funded weeks, or on additional days will be charged in line with our standard fee structure.
- •Parents are responsible for confirming eligibility and providing valid funding codes.
- •Your child's free entitlement remains completely free of charge.

Terms of Payment
Fees are calculated on an annual basis. All fees must be paid in advance on the 1st of each month by Direct Debit (unless otherwise agreed).
Registration Fee
A £100 non-refundable registration fee is required to secure your child's place for non-funded hours.
Sibling Discount
A 5% sibling discount may be applied to the older sibling attending a full-time place.
Transparency & Additional Contributions
Our invoices comply fully with Department for Education and Local Authority guidelines.
We may request non-mandatory contributions towards consumables, meals, and enhanced provision. These contributions are:
